Develop a Regional Relationship-Centered Care Group
in Your Community
Suggested Meeting Guidelines
Location:
Select a site that is quiet, free of distractions, and convenient to participants.
Group size:
Try to assemble a diverse group of 8-12 people. Diversity in age, race, culture, religion, outlook, etc. . . can create a rich conversation. If your group grows to 20 or more, it can be helpful to break into smaller groups that come back together to share insight and experience.
Frequency:
Decide when and how often the group will meet.
Facilitation:
Select a person with strong group process skills to serve as facilitator. Ideally, the facilitator will be familiar with RCC practices and principles, welcome group input, and bring a clear focus to the meeting.
