Develop a Regional Relationship-Centered Care Group
in Your Community

Widening the Circle

Because RCC is about relationship and connection, it is important to extend personal invitations to potential members whenever possible. However, direct mail and electronic listservs can ably inform a wider audience of regional RCC activities. Any group or organization interested in the health and well-being of their community contains potential RCC group members. Examples include:

Healthcare professionals and institutions
Health, health-advocacy, and aging-related agencies
Educational institutions
Faith-based communities
Health plans and insurance providers
Hospital administrators
Community leaders: political, social, religious
