We develop and provide programs ranging from small-group executive retreats to multi-phase train-the-trainer programs. We've worked worldwide with multi-national corporations, nonprofits, governments, healthcare and education, and with a wide variety of cultures and socio-economic groups.
We have developed post-disaster stress management and recovery programs in major metropolitan areas, provide skill and information training to corporate management and staff, personal development retreats for nonprofit and healthcare executives, train-the-trainer programs for health professionals and educators, and keynote addresses and conference programs.
Each program involves an assessment of the needs and culture of the organization and participants, and is designed specifically to meet those requirements.
